The product I bought in the shop turned out to be damaged when I brought it home – what should I do?

Within what period can I return my purchase?
  • Shop – If you made the purchase in our shop, you can exchange or return the goods within eight (8) days. You must take the receipt with you.
  • Online – In case you made the purchase online, you can return it within fourteen (14) days.
One of the products from my order was delivered in a damaged condition – what should I do?

In case one or more of the products you ordered was delivered in a damaged condition, you should engage in a product return process, as described in the section below. Please do include include photographs of the damaged goods in your communication.

I want to return a product – how do I do that?

To return a product you should send us an email with the details of the purchase you made and the reason for returning. If this concerns a ‘Breakage or Damage’ return, you should include photographs.

It will also help us if you include a brief description, so that the purchasing department can look into possible quality improvement. Our Customer Service department will then assess and approve or reject your return. If approved by our Customer Service, the item does not need to be returned and the sum owed will be credited to you as soon as possible.

If it has been delivered correctly, the transport costs for returning the item will not be refunded. However, if you are returning an item that is damaged or wrongly delivered, the transport costs will be refunded.

You have fourteen (14) days in which to return a product that does not meet your expectations.

N.B.! Refunds are carried out within fourteen days of receipt of your return shipment.

Can my return be picked up?
No, an order can only be returned via a Post Office.
Is it possible to exchange a product in my order for something else?
No, that is not possible. You should return the product according to the return instructions and place a new order. Your return order will be credited.
How can I return my order if I have not created an account?
